Up to 90,000 psi of pressure gives a very accurate, clean finish on everything our machines cut. From 0.5mm to 120mm thick in almost any material.
Because we have the material in stock ready to cut & our own delivery vehicles at two branches it means we are able to supply your parts quicker than anyone else.

YOUR WATERJET CUTTING TECHNOLOGY CENTRE...
Waterjet cutting takes an electronic drawing or CAD file and cuts out the desired shapes by means of high pressured water and sand. It can cut almost any material, there is no heat involved, it is highly accurate and has a multitude of cut finishes depending on the quality required.
If you normally get something machined at great cost and time then try our waterjet, our customers find that most of the time machining afterwards isn't necessary and even if it is it's only finishing up not to mention it's much cheaper and quicker than machining from scratch.
Much better quality than laser with no work hardening of the material.
